/ 01 — ACE Launch Vehicles

A launch architecture built on lighter tanks and stable engines.

GTL's ACE launch vehicles combine three GTL breakthroughs — BHL™ composite cryotanks that cut tank mass by 75%, the Superior Stability Engine that designs out combustion instability, and lightweight non-helium pressurization — into a vehicle family aimed at more than doubling performance while reducing launch cost by an order of magnitude.

The result is a credible path toward sub-$300/kg access to orbit with fully reusable hardware.

/ 02 — ACE-Disruptor (ACE-D)

A suborbital demonstrator for the full stack.

ACE-Disruptor is GTL's suborbital launch vehicle demonstrator, integrating BHL cryotanks with GTL's LOX/methane Superior Stability Engine to fly the core technologies that scale to orbital ACE vehicles.

It serves as a flying testbed — proving cryogenic composite tankage, stable propulsion, and integrated vehicle operations end to end.

/ 03 — Translunar Reusable Utility Carrier (TRUC)

A reusable lunar descent element.

The TRUC descent element is GTL's concept for a reusable, pressure-fed lunar lander stage that carries payload from lunar orbit to the surface and returns empty to a Gateway-class orbit for reuse.

Built around multiple BHL cryotanks for its cryogenic propellant, TRUC targets a 9–12 metric-ton payload class while eliminating the expended hardware that drives the cost of conventional landers.
